Our items (except books) are made to order and will have varying fulfillment times. We ask that you check item pages for details on shipping. Please note, you may receive your order in parts depending on the items and quantity that you order. Unless otherwise stated, the current cost of shipping is a flat rate of $10 within Canada & $15 within the US, and $45 anywhere else we deliver. Currently all items ship from the US.

Currently, we only accept returns of damaged or defective merchandise and it must be returned (post dated) within 10 days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. When returning items, pack them carefully to avoid breakage. Pack them in original packing materials when possible. Your item(s) must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase-be sure to keep a copy for your records.
Once we receive your item(s), you will be notified by a member of our team, within 3 business days. The item(s) will be inspected and we will contact you if the item is approved for a refund. The refund will be issued to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Should you not receive your refund on your statement within 15 days, please contact the issuer of your credit card/method of payment.
Shipping + Returns
Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for damaged items, the original cost of shipping will also be refunded.
